Terms of service

Please read everything before contacting and commissioning meBy purchasing my art services you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully.

General

To request a commission you have to fill the form. Complete forms are considered first.
Get your references ready for your characters. In case of no design sheet avaiable, make a clear moodboard and/or document to describe in dettails the character in question.I have the right to decline any project.
I own the artwork, you can use and post the work whenever you want but you have to credit me. I have the right to post the work on my socials or portfolios, but I'll always credit you.If you need your commission on PRIORITY we must discuss it right away. A rush fee will be added.If you want your commission to be kept PRIVATE it must be made clear right away. Most of the time my work will be desplaied on socials and streams. NSFW commission are never shown on stream.

Payment process

Payment via PAYPAL only.
Prices are all in EUR, please check if you are using the right currency.
No refunds once I start to work on the commission.For Illustrations (Rendered illustrations, Character sheets and Animated illustrations) I require the full payment before starting the work.
For Vtuber Models I'll ask for half of the payment when I'll start the work and the other half at the end.

Commercial commissions

For Vtuber Models the commercial fee is already included, no discussion needed.
For illustration the price for commercial use will be discussed.
If you want to later on use the illustrations for commercial purposed it's possible to pay the fee afterwardsCommercial fees are for reproducing the illustration for Merch.
Commercials fees do not apply for posting on socials or streams.

Process

Remember to have your references ready for the commission, visual and written are good.I'll contact you via Twitter or Discord to confirm the commission slot and to discuss further about it.
After confirming the commission with you and the time-slot for it, I'll get back to you some days before the decided time-slot and I'll send the invoice for the payment. After the payment I'll start to work on it.For Illustrations the eta is ~4 weeks after starting the first sketch, for Vtuber models is 2 months. For more informations, check the commission tiers.
If any problem will occour on my side with the time I'll make sure to update you on eventual delays.

Notes

It's strictly proibited to use my work for AI or NFT purposes.
You can't claim my work as your own and it's proibited to sell, reproduce, edit, change or modify without my permission.
It's proibited trace in any way my work.Comunication is important, if there is any problem of any kind with the commission slot, time or other things, let's both make sure to comunicate it to each other.Thank you for reading all of it!
